In most cases, yes. We build every property to qualify for those programs whenever possible.
No — each property is developed, improved, and completed before sale. This ensures the home meets lender requirements and prevents cost overruns or delays.
They’re similar but built to different codes. Manufactured homes meet HUD standards and are permanently affixed. Modular homes meet state and local building codes and appraise closer to site-built homes. Both qualify as real property once installed correctly.
